Structural Adhesive for Glass, Metal, and Phenolic PlasticsDymax® Multi-Cure® 6-621-T adhesive forms hard, clear bonds to phenolic plastics, metal, glass, ceramic, polyamide (filled/unfilled), and other substrates. The material cures "on-demand" in seconds with UV/Visible light, heat, or pre-applied activator. 6-621-T structural adhesive can also cure with heat in applications where shadow areas exist. Common applications include metal-to-glass bonding, coil winding, and potting.Dymax® materials have no solvents added and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds results in lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax® UV light curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for maximum efficiency. Dymax® lamps offer the optimum balance of UV and visible light for the fastest, deepest cures.
