The Dymax RediCure 365nm LED Spot-Curing System, part of the BlueWave QX4 series, offers high-intensity spot-curing technology in a compact design. Each spot curing system can be outfitted with either the 3-, 5-, or 8-mm diameter focusing lenses. LED heads and focusing lenses can be used in any combination and can be controlled through the system’s variable mode, a feature that allows each head to be individually programmed for intensity and cycle times. Individual exposure times and intensity settings can be set to 1% increments, giving users maximum curing flexibility.In addition to the curing flexibility, the BlueWave® QX4 V2.0 also features an easy-to-use control touch screen interface with the capacity to store up to 20 programs. The unit can be activated by a foot pedal or by PLC interface, allowing it to be easily incorporated into automated systems.The complete BlueWave QX4 V2.0 LED curing system is comprised of a controller/power supply with a footswitch, up to four LED heads/wands. A lens will need to be ordered for each head/wand in order to function properly. The length of the head/wand with the direct wired cable is 1.5 M (end to end). Components are sold separately.
