Automotive Anti-Corrosion Protective Resin7502 protective resin cures with UV/Visible light in seconds to shield crucial under-the-hood-aluminum functional and structural components. It demonstrates excellent corrosion protection and resistance to many automotive fluids including motor oil, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluid, and IPA. The material offers surface protection from moisture and salt, showing no signs of corrosion during ASTM B117 Salt Spray Corrosion testing. 7502 features high adhesion and the ability to apply by spray or dip methods and cure on-demand in seconds. This product is a permanent protective resin and is not intended for removal and is recommended for surfaces such as aluminum and aluminum alloys. Dymax® resins have no solvents added and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds results in lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax® UV light curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for maximum efficiency.
