The SCE Series Easy Pull Masking Caps are designed with precision to provide a reliable seal for various industrial applications including powder coating, E-coating, plating, and anodizing. These caps feature a wide flange for effortless removal and are reusable without melting or hardening. The Silicone caps offer a high-temperature resistance up to 600°F, while the EPDM caps provide excellent chemical resistance. Ensure proper fit with inside diameters meticulously crafted to be 10% smaller for Silicone and 5-7% smaller for EPDM compared to the outside diameter of the part.
