The Eaton-Airflex DC Clutches and Brakes in the 115DC model offer exceptional torque to size ratio, making them ideal for various industrial applications like Power Presses, Tension Brakes, and Emergency Stop Brakes on Unwind Stands. These clutches and brakes feature a low inertia friction disc assembly, PolyPak seals for longevity and self-lubrication, and optional split friction discs for easy maintenance without disrupting the drive system. With a dynamic torque rating of 41000 lb.in (4630 Nm) at 75 psi, maximum speeds up to 2400 rpm, and precise dimensions, these DC elements deliver reliable performance in demanding environments.
