The Eaton-Airflex Quick Release Valve (QRV) is an innovative pneumatic three-way valve designed for automatic closure upon pressurization and quick exhaust release when pressure drops. This valve reduces lag time by providing an exhaust port near the pressurized chamber, ensuring rapid responses. With a diaphragm made of polyurethane and housing of zinc alloy, it offers a long mean life over five million cycles. Operating at a maximum pressure of 150 psi and a wide temperature range, this valve guarantees reliable performance in varied conditions.
