The Eaton-Airflex WCB2 Disc Brake Elements are expertly crafted disc type units designed for heavy-duty clutch and brake applications. These externally cooled elements feature special high coefficient linings for 50% higher torque and a dynamic to static torque ratio of 1:1, ensuring reliable performance. With patented piston design, rapid heat dissipation, and the ability to work with open or closed loop coolant systems, these elements offer exceptional control and durability. Additionally, the unique friction couple eliminates stick-slip characteristics, providing smooth operation even under continuous slip service.
