EBECRYL® 1291 is a high-performance hexafunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate ideal for ultraviolet (UV) and electron beam (EB) curing processes. Free from organic tin compounds, heavy metals, hydroquinone (HQ), and methyl ether of hydroquinone (MEHQ), this resin delivers rapid cure response, resulting in films with exceptional hardness, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and resistance to yellowing. With a density of 9.659 lb/gal, stability in storage temperatures up to 40 ºC, and a viscosity of 1920 cPs, EBECRYL® 1291 is a top choice for applications requiring superior UV and EB cured coatings.
