The EFTC Series Tapered Paper Caps offer an environmentally friendly masking solution crafted from a blend of post-consumer and virgin materials. Ideal for painting or powder coating applications, these caps do not promote condensation and are an economical alternative to rubber and silicone products. With minor dimensional variations due to its hygroscopic nature, these caps maintain dimensional tolerances of A typically +/- 0.010" (0.25mm), B typically +/- 0.025" (0.63mm), C typically +/- 0.050" (1.27mm). Built to withstand temperatures up to 400°F (205°C) and NPT Size of 1-1/4 in, these caps deliver reliable performance while being sustainable and cost-effective.
