The Electrical Grade PTFE Molded Tube is a high-quality, FDA-compliant product made of TEFLON® PTFE, known for its exceptional resistance to chemicals, wide temperature range from -328°F to +500°F, and excellent dielectric properties. With a low coefficient of friction, this tube exhibits good mechanical properties and is non-flammable, making it ideal for applications such as diaphragms, bridge bearing pads, insulators, bearings & bushings, gaskets & seals. Meeting ASTM D3294 standards, it offers a specific gravity of 2.1-2.3, tensile strength of 1000-4000 psi, and maximum operating temperature of 500°F.
