Our Silcolapse® 700 series are formulated to be a food grade alternative to the 600 series and are used in a wide range of indirect food contact applications. Silcolapse® 723, 722 and 721 are 30%, 20% and 10% emulsions respectively formulated using the Silcolapse® 710 compound and all are kosher certified. All of these products effectively control foam at concentrations as low as 10 ppm solids, even at elevated temperatures under pressure at wide-ranging pH. They are particularly effective in alkaline conditions.
