The Empire Abrasive Blast Equipment Cartridge Collectors for High-Production Systems (EM) are specially crafted for dust collection in high-volume automated air-blast operations. With a robust blower assembly ranging from 7-1/2 hp to 15 hp, and a flow capacity of 1600 to 2600 cfm, these collectors ensure efficient filtration with a large 1056 ft² filtration area. The automatic reverse jet pulse cleaning system, triggered by pressure differentials, guarantees self-cleaning action. Rated to capture 99.999% of particles one-half micron or larger, these cartridge collectors come with a photohelic gauge for monitoring and a lid for the standard 55-gallon waste drum, reducing labor and downtime for dust disposal.
