    The Enerpac HCG-Series High Tonnage Cylinders are engineered for maximum durability and performance in heavy-duty applications. With a nominal capacity of 250 tons and a maximum capacity of 286 tons, these cylinders feature a hardened surface that resists side-loading and cyclic wear, ensuring long-term reliability. Designed to withstand up to 10% side-load of maximum capacity, they come equipped with a stop-ring to prevent plunger blow-out. The cylinder is weather protected inside and out, with upper and lower replaceable bearings enclosing the plunger for consistent support throughout the stroke. Certified lifting eyes, base mounting holes, and collar threads provide added convenience and safety in industrial settings.
