The Enerpac HCG-Series High Tonnage Cylinders are engineered with a hardened surface to resist side-loading and cyclic wear, ensuring durability under extreme conditions. With a nominal capacity of 400 tons and maximum capacity of 450 tons, these cylinders feature a stop-ring to prevent plunger blow-out and weather protection inside and out. The upper and lower replaceable bearings enclose the cylinder plunger for consistent support throughout the stroke. Certified lifting eyes, base mounting holes, and collar threads provide added convenience and safety for heavy lifting applications.
