The Enerpac HCR-Series High Tonnage Cylinders are engineered for optimal performance in heavy-duty applications. With a nominal capacity of 500 tons and a maximum capacity of 575 tons, these cylinders feature a robust design that can withstand up to 10% side-load of the maximum capacity. The hardened surface resists side-loading and cyclic wear, ensuring long-lasting durability. Weather-protected both inside and out, these cylinders come equipped with upper and lower replaceable bearings that enclose the plunger for support throughout the stroke. Certified lifting eyes, base mounting holes, and collar threads provide added convenience and safety for lifting operations.
