Durable Construction 0
Manufactured using 14 gauge powder coated steel for long lasting durability and performance.
Efficient Filtration 0
Uses standard sized 20" x 20" filters, which are easy to replace. The multi-stage filtration system includes particulate filters which have tested at 99.78 % efficient on paint overspray and includes carbon filters for the removal of odors and VOC's. Each unit also has adjustable filter racks, so the combination of filters can be quickly customized for a variety of filtration types and levels. In addition, there is a magnehelic gauge to monitor filter efficiency.
Low Maintenance 0
There are no bearings to grease or belts to change with its sealed direct drive motor.

Units can be ordered with optional Light System; Air Monitoring, Shut-Off, and Alarm System; or without the fire suppression system.
Portable Enclosure 0
The mobile enclosure is attached to and supported by the filtration unit. The side and front curtains are on track, which allows the 10' x 10' x 10'' enclosure to moved anywhere in the shop. The curtains are clear to take advantage of available ambient light, and are made from 20 MIL fire retardant material which meets NFPA-701. This unit has the added advantages of a larger curtained area than our standard models with heavier gauge enclosure supports, an extended exhaust assembly (2' higher), and caster support extensions for increased stability. The caster supports extend approximately 42" in front of the unit.

The recirculation design eliminates the need for ventilation modifications or make-up air systems, and reduces energy costs by utilizing existing heated or cooled air. The backward curved non-overloading fan wheel is constructed with hollow airfoil blades. The fan wheels are statically and dynamically balanced to provide higher airflow performance at less horsepower, and with minimum air noise.
