The EXAIR 1100SS Super Air Nozzle is a high-performance solution designed for blowoff, drying, and cooling applications. Crafted from 316 Stainless Steel, it ensures durability, making it suitable for high temperatures, corrosive environments, and mechanical wear. With an inlet size of 1/4 FNPT and a pressure rating of 80 psig, this Super Air Nozzle delivers an impressive force of 13 oz while reducing air consumption to 14 SCFM. It operates at a sound level of 74 dBA, meeting OSHA noise level requirements and venting safely to prevent pressure build-up. The aerodynamic design minimizes noise and maximizes efficiency, offering an average noise reduction of 10 dBA and enhanced production capabilities.

Specifications How Air Nozzles Work
Air Nozzles use the Coanda effect to amplify compressed air flow up to 25 times or more. As illustrated on the right, compressed air (black arrows) is ejected through a series of nozzles on the outer perimeter. As the air travels along the outer wall of the nozzle, surrounding air (blue arrows) is entrained into the stream. The airstream that results is a high volume, high velocity blast of air at minimal consumption. The air is always ejected so it can vent safely, well below OSHA dead end pressure requirements, should the nozzle end be blocked.
