The X Series Fluoropolymer Heat Exchanger is a robust solution designed to eliminate stray currents in tanks and ensure excellent chemical compatibility. Constructed with FEP, PFA or PTFE fluoropolymer parts and a heavy-duty CPVC mounting bracket, these heat exchangers offer outstanding performance. With heavy wall tubing for improved circulation, integral inlet/outlet connections to reduce leaks, and non-conductive properties, these heat exchangers are ideal for heating or cooling applications. Available in various sizes and pressure ratings, including PFA coils rated for up to 60 PSI steam service, this product is a reliable and efficient choice for industrial needs.

RUGGED CONSTRUCTION: All wetted parts of fluoropolymer (FEP, PFA or PTFE) construction with a heavy duty CPVC mounting bracket. Heavy duty CPVC mounting bracket. OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE: Heavy wall tubing improves circulation and minimizes pressure drop. Larger coils constructed of 1/2 inch (13 mm) tubing, smaller coils have 1/4 inch (7 mm) tubing. LEAK FREE OPERATION: Integral inlet and outlet manifolds for single point connections greatly reduce the potential for leaks and simplify installation. NON-CONDUCTIVE: Eliminates stray currents in the tank. PRESSURE RATING: Standard coils are made from FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) and rated up to 30 PSI steam service. PFA (Perfluoroakoxy resin) coils are available for steam service up to 60 PSI. 10 PSI minimum steam pressure required for operation. SIZES: 2.25 ft2 to 46.5 ft2 of exchange area standard. OPTIONS AVAILABLE (consult factory): Anti-floatation brackets. Special manifold connections. Custom and bottom style configurations. Dual coils for both heating and cooling.

Vacuum breakers recommended for fluoropolymer heat exchanger steam heating installations. Please consult factory regarding pressure reduced steam applications.
