The FireTech™ Wrap is a high-temperature silicone insulator designed for use in steel mills, glass manufacturing, and other industrial settings exposed to extreme heat, fire, and molten splash. Crafted from high bulk fiberglass and coated with iron oxide red silicone rubber, it can withstand continuous temperatures up to 475º F and resist molten slag as hot as 2,000º F for 15 minutes. Meeting SAE Standard AS1055 Rev. D criteria for fire sleeve materials, this rugged wrap is ideal for zero halogen environments.
