The X Series Fluoropolymer Heat Exchanger Coils offer a robust design with exceptional chemical compatibility, ideal for heating or cooling applications. Constructed with FEP, PFA, or PTFE fluoropolymer materials, these coils come with heavy-duty CPVC mounting brackets and heavy wall tubing for improved circulation and reduced pressure drop. Rated for up to 60 PSI steam service, these coils feature integral inlet/outlet connections for leak-free operation and eliminate stray currents in tanks. With options ranging from 2.25 ft² to 46.5 ft² of exchange area, these coils are available in various sizes and configurations to meet your specific heating and cooling needs.

RUGGED CONSTRUCTION: All wetted parts of fluoropolymer (FEP, PFA or PTFE) construction with a heavy duty CPVC mounting bracket. Heavy duty CPVC mounting bracket. OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE: Heavy wall tubing improves circulation and minimizes pressure drop. Larger coils constructed of 1/2 inch (13 mm) tubing, smaller coils have 1/4 inch (7 mm) tubing. LEAK FREE OPERATION: Integral inlet and outlet manifolds for single point connections greatly reduce the potential for leaks and simplify installation. NON-CONDUCTIVE: Eliminates stray currents in the tank. PRESSURE RATING: Standard coils are made from FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) and rated up to 30 PSI steam service. PFA (Perfluoroakoxy resin) coils are available for steam service up to 60 PSI. 10 PSI minimum steam pressure required for operation. SIZES: 2.25 ft2 to 46.5 ft2 of exchange area standard. OPTIONS AVAILABLE (consult factory): Anti-floatation brackets. Special manifold connections. Custom and bottom style configurations. Dual coils for both heating and cooling.

Vacuum breakers recommended for fluoropolymer heat exchanger steam heating installations. Please consult factory regarding pressure reduced steam applications.
