The X Series Fluoropolymer Heat Exchanger Coils are designed with robust construction to eliminate stray currents in tanks, ensuring outstanding chemical compatibility and rugged performance. Constructed with FEP, PFA or PTFE fluoropolymer materials, these coils feature heavy-duty CPVC mounting brackets for stability. With a pressure rating of up to 60 PSI for steam service and integral inlet/outlet connections for leak-free operation, these coils offer superior circulation efficiency and reduced pressure drop. Additionally, the non-conductive properties make them ideal for various heating or cooling applications.

RUGGED CONSTRUCTION: All wetted parts of fluoropolymer (FEP, PFA or PTFE) construction with a heavy duty CPVC mounting bracket. Heavy duty CPVC mounting bracket. OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE: Heavy wall tubing improves circulation and minimizes pressure drop. Larger coils constructed of 1/2 inch (13 mm) tubing, smaller coils have 1/4 inch (7 mm) tubing. LEAK FREE OPERATION: Integral inlet and outlet manifolds for single point connections greatly reduce the potential for leaks and simplify installation. NON-CONDUCTIVE: Eliminates stray currents in the tank. PRESSURE RATING: Standard coils are made from FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) and rated up to 30 PSI steam service. PFA (Perfluoroakoxy resin) coils are available for steam service up to 60 PSI. 10 PSI minimum steam pressure required for operation. SIZES: 2.25 ft2 to 46.5 ft2 of exchange area standard. OPTIONS AVAILABLE (consult factory): Anti-floatation brackets. Special manifold connections. Custom and bottom style configurations. Dual coils for both heating and cooling.

Vacuum breakers recommended for fluoropolymer heat exchanger steam heating installations. Please consult factory regarding pressure reduced steam applications.
