The FOSC 600 Fiber Optic Splice Closures (C and D sizes) offer a rugged and versatile solution for outdoor plant installations. With a sealing system that leverages proven reliability and gel seal technology, these closures accommodate various cable types and sizes, including connectorized distribution points. Featuring a unique latching system for quick access, up to sixteen cable ports, and options for butt or inline splicing, they provide flexibility and ease of deployment. Backed by Tyco Electronics’ technical support network, these closures are designed for durability and optimal performance in outside plant environments.

Features
Up to sixteen separate cable ports. Sized for cables up to 35mm in diameter and 1728 fibers. Field configurable for butt or in-line splicing. All internal parts can be removed for reconfiguration. Storage basket included with all closures can be extended in length or repositioned vertically depending on application. Slack ribbon storage on the same tray as mass fusion splices is now possible with a new ribbon tray. (see photo) Backed by Tyco Electronics’ extensive network of technical field support specialists.
