The Four Feet Laminar Airflow Cabinet with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Material Door is specifically designed for high-performance airflow and ESD protection. Constructed with durable 3/8" thick white polypropylene, this cabinet features four removable shelves with perforated holes for optimal air distribution. The cabinet stands at 70 inches in height on a 12" epoxy powder-coated steel stand with leveling mount feet, ensuring stability. With a high speed air flow of 580 ft³/min and average air velocity of 90 ft/min, this cabinet provides a vertical air flow direction and offers various customization options such as caster wheels, door material choices, and filter upgrades to meet specific needs.

The integrated fan filter module meets IEST recommended practices in terms of low sound and energy consumption. At 90 FPM, 30" from the filter face, the sound level is measured at 50 dBA. At its highest speed, the moduleâs energy consumption is 340 watts.High-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters are 99.99% efficient at removing 0.3µm or larger particles. Filters can be upgraded to ultra-low particulate air (ULPA) filters that are 99.999% efficient at removing 0.12µm or larger particles.
