The GE XPleat GF Glass Microfiber Pleated Filters are designed for applications requiring higher flow rates. With a nominal micron rating of 0.2 µm and an absolute micron rating of 1.0 µm, these filters offer exceptional filtration efficiency. Made with high-quality materials including Buna-N, EPDM, silicone, and Viton, and featuring thermal bonding for sealing, these filters ensure durability and reliability. XPleat GF filters are available in nominal and absolute micron ratings (Figure 1). The nominal micron ratings are: 0.2, 0.45, 1.0, 3.0 and 10.0 µm. The absolute micron ratings are 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, 8.0 and 15.0 µm. Tables 1, 2, 3 and 4 show further details on materials of construction, dimensions, operational limits and flow performance.
