The GE XPleat GF Filters are designed for applications requiring higher flow rates, offering both nominal (10 µm) and absolute (15.0 µm) micron ratings. Constructed with Glass Microfiber media and featuring thermal bonding for sealing, these cartridges are compatible with a variety of elastomer materials. XPleat GF filters are available in nominal and absolute micron ratings (Figure 1). The nominal micron ratings are: 0.2, 0.45, 1.0, 3.0 and 10.0 µm. The absolute micron ratings are 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, 8.0 and 15.0 µm. Tables 1, 2, 3 and 4 show further details on materials of construction, dimensions, operational limits and flow performance.
