The GO PR-1 Series is a reliable pressure reducing regulator designed for instrumentation sample systems and semiconductor processing gases. Constructed with 316L stainless steel and INCONEL diaphragms, it offers precise pressure control with inlet pressures up to 6000 psig. With a Cv of 0.06 and adjustable outlet pressure ranges, this regulator ensures bubble-tight shutoff and temperature resistance from -40°F up to +500°F.
