The GO Regulator CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulator is a compact and efficient solution designed for precise pressure control in applications requiring low internal volume. With an internal dead volume of less than 4cc, this regulator facilitates rapid purging in analytical instrumentation and semiconductor doping gas processes. It features a durable body made of 316L stainless steel, Tefzel® seat material, and a maximum operating pressure of 3600 psig. The regulator offers adjustable outlet pressure ranges, bubble-tight shutoff, and excellent Cv flow coefficients for optimal performance in gas or liquid service. Operating temperatures range from -40 to 66 ºC | -40 to 150 ºF, making it versatile and reliable across a wide range of environments.
