The GO Regulator CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulators offer a compact and reliable solution for precise pressure control in analytical instrumentation and semiconductor applications. With internal dead volume less than 4cc, these regulators ensure rapid purging. Made of 316L stainless steel with Tefzel® seat material, they can handle inlet pressures up to 6000 psi and feature adjustable outlet pressure ranges. Operating at temperatures from -40º F to +500º F, these regulators provide bubble-tight shutoff and come in various Cv flow coefficients for versatile usage.
