The GO Regulator CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulators, designed as a compact solution, boasts the same internal design features as the PR-1 Series. Ideal for 'lecture bottle' applications requiring small size and low internal volume, it facilitates rapid purging in analytical instruments and semiconductor gas doping. With an internal dead volume of less than 4cc, it suits gas or liquid services, offering inlet pressures up to 6000 psi and adjustable outlet pressure ranges of 0 - 750 psig. Operating temperatures range from -40 to +500°F, ensuring bubble-tight shutoff and Cv flow coefficients of 0.06.
