The GO Regulator CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulators are expertly designed for precise pressure control in applications requiring compact size and low internal volume. With internal dead volume less than 4cc, these regulators ensure rapid purging, making them ideal for analytical instrumentation and semiconductor gas doping. Features include a durable 316L Stainless Steel body, Tefzel® seat material, and adjustable outlet pressure ranges up to 50 psig. Operating at temperatures from -40 to 150°F, these regulators offer reliable performance with bubble-tight shutoff and Cv flow coefficients ranging from 0.025 to 0.20.
