The GO Regulator CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulators are designed for precise pressure control in applications requiring small size and low internal volume. With internal dead volume less than 4cc and inlet pressures of up to 6000 psi, these regulators ensure efficient purging in analytical instrumentation and semiconductor gas doping setups. Made of 316L stainless steel with PEEK seat material, they offer bubble-tight shutoff and adjustable outlet pressure ranges of 0-500 psig.
