The GO Regulator CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulators are compact, high-performance regulators designed for precise pressure control in analytical instrumentation and semiconductor gas applications. With an internal dead volume of less than 4cc, these regulators support rapid purging and bubble-tight shutoff. Constructed from 316L Stainless Steel with Tefzel® components, they offer a durable and reliable solution.
