The GO Regulator CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulators are compact, high-performance regulators suitable for a wide range of applications, including analytical instrumentation and semiconductor gas control. With internal dead volume of less than 4cc, these regulators offer rapid purging capabilities. Constructed with 316L Stainless Steel body and PEEK seat material, these regulators ensure durability and reliability. Operating under temperatures from -40 to 175°F and pressures up to 6000 psig, they provide precise pressure control with adjustable ranges. Meeting stringent industry standards, the CPR-1 Series ensures bubble-tight shutoff and features Cv flow coefficients of 0.06 for efficient operation.
