The GO Regulator CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulators are precision-engineered to meet the demanding requirements of both analytical instrumentation and semiconductor applications. Built with 316L Stainless Steel body and high-density Teflon seat material, these regulators ensure reliable and precise pressure control. With an internal dead volume of less than 4cc and adjustable outlet pressure ranges from 0 to 500 psig, they guarantee optimal performance and rapid purging. Ideal for gas or liquid service with inlet pressures of up to 6000 psi, these regulators offer bubble-tight shutoff and exceptional Cv flow coefficients. Operating temperatures from -40 to 66 °C make them versatile for various environments.
