The GO Regulator CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulators are designed for precision pressure control in compact applications. With internal dead volume less than 4cc, these regulators offer rapid purging capabilities essential in analytical instrumentation and semiconductor gas doping. Made of 316L Stainless Steel with PEEK® seat material for low-temperature service, these regulators can withstand inlet pressures up to 6000 psi and operate within a wide temperature range. Featuring bubble-tight shutoff and various adjustable outlet pressure ranges, the CPR-1 Series ensures reliable performance in demanding environments.
