The GO Regulator CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulators are compact regulators designed for precise pressure control in analytical instrumentation and semiconductor applications. With an internal dead volume of less than 4cc, these regulators facilitate rapid purging. They feature adjustable outlet pressure ranges, bubble-tight shutoff, and a Cv flow coefficient of 0.06. Constructed with 316L Stainless Steel body material and PCTFE seat material, these regulators offer reliable performance under extreme conditions. Suitable for gas or liquid service with inlet pressures up to 6000 psig and operating temperatures ranging from -40 to 175°F (-40 to 80°C), the CPR-1 Series ensures consistent and efficient pressure regulation.
