The GO Regulator HPR-2 Electrically Heated Regulator from the HPR-2 Series is a versatile solution designed for preheating liquids, preventing gas condensation, and vaporizing liquids for gas analysis in analytical process sample conditioning systems. Built with 316L Stainless Steel body material and PEEK seat material, it offers exceptional temperature and pressure handling capabilities, including a max operating pressure of 3600 psig and a max temperature of 380°F. This CSA and ATEX Approved regulator features modular pressure control and heat exchanger assemblies for easy maintenance, a unique spiral-wrapped heat exchange element providing up to 100 square inches of heat transfer area, and optional features like Hastelloy C and Monel body materials with electropolished finish for optimal sealing. With bubble-tight shutoff and precise design, it ensures reliable performance in petrochemical refineries, chemical production facilities, pilot plants, LNG points, and natural gas pipeline sampling installations.
