The GO Regulator HPR-2 is a premium electrically heated single-stage vaporizing regulator designed to provide precise heat to samples entering instrumentation systems. Its modular construction features a heat exchanger with a unique spiral wrapped screen for efficient heat transfer and a pressure control section based on the proven PR-1 design, ensuring excellent outlet pressure stability. With a temperature range of 75 to 175°F, heater wattage of 100W, and an outlet range of 0 to 250 psig, this regulator is ideal for preheating liquids, preventing gas condensation, or vaporizing liquids for gas analysis. Safety is paramount with CSA and ATEX approvals, optional TCO heater cartridge, and secure Class A-D condulet housing for the electrical components.

Contact the factory for any additional requirements.Units that will be used for flammable liquid or gas with fire point at 200ºC or below require the TCO Thermistor. It is also recommended to use the 1-PC body option. In addition, Tefzel and PCTFE seats in these units are recommended to use the captured vent cap option which provides for venting to a safe location.
