The GO Regulator HPR-2 is a versatile heated pressure regulator designed for precise heat supply to samples in instrumentation systems. Ideal for preheating liquids, preventing gas condensation, and vaporizing liquids for gas analysis. Featuring a modular design with a heat exchanger and pressure control section based on the proven PR-1 design, ensuring outstanding outlet pressure stability. CSA and ATEX approved with safety features like a Class A, B, C, D condulet housing for electrical components and optional Thermal Cut Out heater cartridge for enhanced safety. With stainless steel body material, PEEK seat material, and a range of 0 to 50 psig, this regulator offers reliable performance for analytical process sample conditioning systems.

Contact the factory for any additional requirements.Units that will be used for flammable liquid or gas with fire point at 200ºC or below require the TCO Thermistor. It is also recommended to use the 1-PC body option. In addition, Tefzel and PCTFE seats in these units are recommended to use the captured vent cap option which provides for venting to a safe location.
