The GO Regulator HPR-2 Series Steam Heated Pressure Regulator is a versatile solution designed to provide heat to samples in analytical process sample conditioning systems. With a focus on preventing condensation, vaporizing liquids, and maintaining outlet pressure stability, this regulator features a modular design with a heat exchanger section utilizing a unique spiral-wrapped heat exchange element. Constructed with 316L Stainless Steel body, PEEK seat material, and capable of operating at high temperatures and pressures, this regulator offers optional Hastelloy C and Monel constructions for enhanced sealing and durability. The bubble-tight shutoff, easy maintenance, and up to 100 square inches of heat transfer area make it an ideal choice for petrochemical refineries, chemical production facilities, LNG loading and off-loading points, and natural gas pipeline sampling.
