The GO Regulator HPR-2 Steam Heated Pressure Regulator, part of the HPR-2 Series, is engineered to deliver precise heating to samples for analytical process sample conditioning systems. Its modular design encompasses a robust heat exchanger using a spiral-wrapped screen for efficient heat transfer and a pressure control section modeled after the reliable PR-1 regulator, ensuring exceptional outlet pressure stability. With a body made from 316L Stainless Steel and a polyimide seat material, this regulator operates at temperatures up to 380°F and pressures of 3600 psig, making it ideal for applications in petrochemical refineries, chemical production facilities, pilot plants, LNG points, and natural gas sampling locations. Additionally, it features optional Hastelloy® C and Monel® materials for enhanced durability, bubble-tight shutoff, and easy maintenance due to its modular assembly.
