The GO Regulator HPR-2 Series Steam Heated Regulator is a versatile solution designed to preheat liquids, prevent gas condensation, and vaporize liquids for precise gas analysis in institutional and industrial settings. Constructed with high-quality 316L stainless steel and PCTFE seat material, it offers reliable performance at temperatures up to 380°F and pressures of 3600 psig. Engineered for analytical process sample conditioning systems in petrochemical refineries, chemical production facilities, pilot plants, LNG points, and natural gas pipelines, the HPR-2 features a bubble-tight shutoff, modular pressure control, and heat exchanger assemblies. The unique spiral-wrapped heat exchange element provides superior heat transfer efficiency with up to 100 square inches of heat exchange area, ensuring optimal performance and ease of maintenance.
