The GO Regulator HPR-2 Steam Heated Regulator is a specialized pressure regulator designed for preheating liquids, preventing gas condensation, and vaporizing liquids for gas analysis in analytical process sample conditioning systems. Constructed with 316L Stainless Steel body and PCTFE seat material, it offers a max operating pressure of 3600 psig and a temperature range of up to 380°F. The unique spiral-wrapped heat exchange element provides efficient heat transfer with up to 100 square inches of area, ensuring precise sample flow control and optimal system performance. With bubble-tight shutoff, modular assemblies for easy maintenance, and optional Hastelloy C and Monel body materials, this regulator is a reliable choice for demanding industrial applications.
