The GO Regulator HPR-2 Steam Heated Regulator from the HPR-2 Series is specifically engineered to preheat liquids, prevent gas condensation, and vaporize liquids for accurate gas analysis in analytical process sample conditioning systems. Constructed with 316L Stainless Steel body and Polyimide seat material, this regulator operates at temperatures up to 380°F and pressures up to 3600 psig. Boasting a unique spiral-wrapped heat exchange element with up to 100 square inches of heat transfer area, it ensures optimal heat transfer efficiency. The modular design, tamper-proof cap assembly, and bubble-tight shutoff make maintenance and operation effortless, meeting the rigorous demands of petrochemical refineries, chemical production facilities, pilot plants, LNG points, and natural gas pipelines.
