The GO Regulator HPR-2 Series Steam Heated Regulator is purpose-built to efficiently supply heat to samples entering instrumentation systems, preheating liquids, preventing gas condensation, and vaporizing liquids for gas analysis. Constructed with 316L Stainless Steel body and CF PTFE seat material, it offers superior performance at temperatures up to 380°F and pressures up to 400 psig. With unique spiral-wrapped heat exchange element providing up to 100 square inches of heat transfer area, modular design for easy maintenance, and bubble-tight shutoff, this regulator ensures precise control and reliability in analytical process sample conditioning systems for petrochemical refineries, chemical production facilities, and natural gas pipeline sampling.
