With an internal volume of less than 2.7cc, 316L stainless steel construction, and a 20 µm inlet filter, this regulator ensures bubble-tight shutoff and offers outlet pressure ranges from 0 to 500 psig. The Tefzel® diaphragm facing material and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) O-Ring ensure compatibility with corrosive fluids. Ideal for rapid purge cycles, the MR-1 guarantees as low as 0.2% accuracy during supply pressure fluctuations.
