With less than 2.7cc internal volume, it enables rapid purge cycles and precise pressure control. Constructed with 316L Stainless Steel, it can handle corrosive fluids with a standard 20 µm inlet filter for added protection. The Tefzel® seat material and nylon diaphragm ensure reliability and accuracy even during supply pressure fluctuations. Ideal for compact analytical instrumentation requiring optimal pressure control.
