The GO Regulator PR-1 Series Pressure Regulator is a versatile solution designed for instrumentation sample systems and semiconductor processing gases. Constructed with 316L stainless steel body material for welded connections, it features stainless steel caps and adjusting screws to prevent corrosion. With enhanced internal body surface finish and electropolishing, it allows for easier cleaning and reduced particle contamination. Offering five seat materials, three orifice sizes, and seven pressure control ranges, this regulator ensures precise pressure control with inlet pressures up to 6000 psig. Ideal for gas or liquid service, it operates at temperatures up to 500°F. The PR-1 Series provides bubble-tight shutoff, 20-micron filters, and Cv flow coefficients to meet diverse application needs.
