The GO Regulator PR-1 Series is a high-performance single-stage pressure regulator designed for precise pressure control in instrumentation sample systems and semiconductor processing gases. Constructed from 316L stainless steel with stainless steel diaphragms, it offers exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion. With multiple seat materials and orifice sizes, it provides a wide range of pressure control options at inlet pressures up to 6000 psig and operating temperatures up to 500°F. This regulator ensures reliable performance, bubble-tight shutoff, and a Cv flow coefficient of 0.2, making it ideal for low to moderate flow applications in gas or liquid services.
