The GO Regulator PR-1 316 Stainless Steel Single Stage Regulator is a versatile pressure reducing regulator designed for instrumentation sample systems and semiconductor processing gases. With a stainless steel body, INCONEL® diaphragms, and Tefzel® seat material, it offers precise pressure control with adjustable outlet ranges from 0 to 100 psig. Operating at temperatures up to 500°F and inlet pressures up to 6000 psi, it ensures bubble-tight shutoff and features a Cv of 0.06 for optimized performance.
